Project Chairs

Attention all project chairs:

If you are a project chair, you need to make sure you have read the instructions below.

If you have a project during a certain week you must attend a Monday meeting with Mrs. Huffman.

Project Chairs recieve 25 points per project as well as points for coming to the event.  Year- long project chairs recieve 50 points.

When you sign up to be a project chair, the club, the board members and Mrs. Huffman depend on you to keep the project moving ahead and take all responsibility for your project.  Listed below are the responsibilities that we expect from you if you are a project chair.  Please read through and follow them for every project you head up for the club.

As project chair, you are responsible for the following:

*Schedule dates and times for projects by getting in touch with the contact people.  ***Remember to be as professional as possible when speaking with project contacts!  YOU are representing all of us and we want to keep our good name within the community!

*Attend all dates/times that you schedule for your project.  If you cannot attend your activity, please recruit someone from your list to fill in for you!  Remember:  This is your project and we are expecting YOU to attend so you can fill out all paperwork and give direction to those who attend!  This is part of the duties of a project chair!  Failure to attend your project dates/times will result in loss of project chair duties!

*Fill out the project chair sheet given to you by Josh!  This is important because we need to know what you did, how many people showed up, etc. for our reports!  This helps us to gain ranking in the district!   (We will have a link to the project sheet soon!)

*Make sure all supplies needed are at the event!  If you need something for your event, please speak with Mrs. Huffman at least 1 week in advance because we have to go through the school to get supply money.  ***NEVER BUY SUPPLIES WITH YOUR OWN MONEY OR WE CANNOT REIMBURSE YOU!

*Treat all members who attend your projects with respect and kindness because people will not work with you if you are rude or disrespectful to them.  ***Failure to abide by this procedure will also result in loss of project chair duties!

***Remember, YOU are the project chair and we depend on you to keep things moving!  By having responsible and able project chairs, ENHS Key Club can have many different projects going at all times, which allows our members to have many points opportunities!
